Alex Scinta graduated from Colorado University at Boulder with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Environmental Design (Sustainable Architecture) with a minor in Spanish. Throughout his studies at CU Boulder he held a passion for real estate and enrolled in real estate courses during his years in college. Alex has become an expert at Marcus & Millichap in a range of real estate practices which include multifamily investments and 1031 exchange options. Alex works alongside Stephen Soqui who has been with Marcus & Millichap for 31 years and is a Vice President in Real Estate Investments in the South Bay Marcus & Millichap office.
