Alex’s career has spanned 15 years and has included numerous successful projects and transactions. Prior to joining Savills, he provided expert consulting on projects, including the acquisition of an office portfolio in Rockford, IL and Baton Rouge, LA, valued at over $50 million for a New Jersey-based client. Alex was Morgan & Morgan’s first Director of Real Estate, where he was responsible for the leasing, project management, and workplace strategy for over 80 locations across the United States. His career has also included working with clients on over 2 million square feet of tenant fit-outs while he was at JLL. Alex began his career at Kenneth Zend Realty Associates (later acquired by CBC Advisors), where he specialized in representing landlords.
