Alex Martin joined SVN | The Martin Group in 2013. He currently serves as an Advisor, Investment Analyst and the Director of Property Management. He currently serves as the Director of Property Management. He currently oversees a team of real estate professionals to manage over two million square feet of real estate.
Alex holds a real estate license in the State of Indiana. He is a graduate of Purdue University from the Krannert School of Management where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Other courses completed include the areas of accounting, finance, economics, and Entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining SVN, Alex worked as a commercial real estate appraiser, which provides real estate consulting services and is recognized for its ability to resolve complex development issues. Having gaining experience with all property types, Alex’s primary focus was with multi-family and office property types. With his experience, he combines property operations, analysis, and client relationships to maximize value. Alex prides himself on understanding detailed analysis of multifamily apartment communities, manufactured housing communities, senior housing, affordable housing – Section 8 and Section 42 communities.
