Alex is one of the original founders of Union Street Partners and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999, before being awarded his Fellowship of the RICS in 2009. Alex is a genuine General Practice surveyor and covers areas including agency, rent reviews and lease renewals, rating, investment and is also a Registered Valuer. Although Alex has a wide and varied client base, his passion lies in advising Charities and Housing Associations on their commercial portfolios. His clients include Notting Hill Genesis, The Peabody Trust, Southern Housing Group, Freshwater and Berkeley Homes.
Outside of work, Alex is a keen rugby player and coaches junior rugby at Blackheath RFC. Alex is married to Lisa and has two children, Oliver and Ruby, and has also run the London Marathon on four occasions, raising money for local children’s Charities.
