Alex joined the niche commercial agency, GSD in 2005 as an apprentice where he undertook an MSc in Property Appraisal and Management to retrain as a surveyor. Alex joined CBRE in 2007 after the acquisition of GSD and is now a Senior Director and head the of office agency department in Yorkshire and the North East.
With over 17 years specialising in the disposal and acquisition of office premises throughout Yorkshire and the North East, Alex has advised a variety of clients from private high net worth individuals to global plcs, pension funds and property companies.
