Alex Grell joined Newmark in 1999 and serves as a senior managing director in the Walnut Creek office. Alex specializes in assisting Tenants and Landlords with the leasing and sales of office and office/flex building exclusively in the North I-680 corridor market. Prior to joining Newmark, he spent three years with CBRE (formerly CB Richard Ellis) where he was exclusively in the Walnut Creek office specializing in office and office/flex leasing.
