Alex is an Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield, and is one of the leading Office Broker in Bakersfield with nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience and numerous office sales and leasing achievements, Alex has been involved in over 5,000,000 SF of transactions for a total consideration of nearly $1,000,000,000 in office sales and leasing. Named CoStar Power Broker for multiple years, Alex is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) which is a prestigious national commercial real estate affiliation of the highest producing and most ethical commercial real estate brokers. Landmark office building sales Alex has been involved with include the sale of the Bakersfield State Farm Building ($42MM), Kern Schools Former HQ ($40M), Stockdale Towers ($32MM), 4900 California Avenue ($27MM), County of Kern ($10MM), 5016 California Avenue ($6MM). Alex holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from Cal State Bakersfield where he also served a 4 year term on the Alumni Board. Alex is a life long resident of Kern County. He also has been deeply involved in local children charities helping raise over $1,000,000 over the course of his career. He serves on the Board for the Bakersfield Boys & Girls Club as well as on the William Howell Foundation for Dignity Health Hospital. He is happily married with 2 children and spends his free time hiking, traveling, and playing pickleball.
