Alex is responsible for overseeing all property management services at RRG Property Management. Prior to joining RRG Property Management, Mr. Carlo worked at Interservice Group Inc. for a span of 14 years. There he held the title of Senior Commercial Facilities and Operations Manager. During his Tenure at IGI he supervised the management and operations of over 1 million square feet of retail and office buildings. His duties at RRG property management include but are not limited to coordinating and supervising facilities maintenance, negotiating with sub contracted vendors, analyzing lease contracts, collecting rents and monies owed from tenants, creating and maintaining accurate delinquent reports and supervising refurbishments of commercial locations for accurate marketing. Mr. Carlo is a Florida licensed real estate associate and a certified REO & BPO Specialist. He is also a licensed insurance claims adjustor. He is a member of the Realtors Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, and the National Realtors Association.
