The son of a retail business owner and fresh out of school, Alan White thought he was headed for a simple life of retail business ownership himself until an offer to manage commercial leasing came his way.
Leasing soon expanded into commercial brokerage for one of the area’s largest agency and Alan found himself right in the middle of Tippecanoe County’s early ‘90’s building boom.
Leaning on his experience, and the growing opportunities within his own network, he launched Alan White Agency in 1995. Today the agency is one of Tippecanoe County’s most successful commercial development and brokerage companies – developing, selling, and leasing multiple properties and major projects every year.
