Alan oversees the acquisition, development, entitlement , leasing and asset management of the Bourn Companies retail portfolio. In this role, Alan maintains strong relationships with many prominent retailers, the brokerage community, property owners and municipal offices where Bourn does business.
Alan has assisted many national and regional retailers with market strategy, leasing, acquisition and entitlements
Prior to joining Bourn, Alan was with Centrecor, Inc., a commercial brokerage and development company. Alan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona.
