Alan Krause has been actively involved in the acquisition, syndication, operation and management of real estate since 1965. Prior to founding Mid-America, he was a real estate broker specializing in industrial, retail and multi-family real estate. From 1971-1998, Alan served in various capacities including Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Realty Refund Trust, a REIT listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Alan is both a licensed securities broker-dealer and a licensed real estate broker in the State of Ohio.
