Alan Jenkins is a Healthcare Development Partner at The Keith Corporation (TKC) with over 12 years of experience in development and leasing of healthcare facilities. He is responsible for establishing key relationships with hospitals and physicians, market underwriting, leasing, site identification and selection, pre-development, development, and tenant up-fit project
management.
Prior to joining TKC, Mr. Jenkins was Director of Healthcare Development for Lauth Property Group, where he was responsible for business development, marketing, and leasing of healthcare facilities.
He is very active in the community and in civic organizations including Myers Park United Methodist Church, Supportive Housing Communities, Charlotte Bulldog Club Alumni Association, Charlotte Leadership Forum (Graduate) and the local YMCA. Mr. Jenkins is a graduate of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business where he received his Bachelors of Business
Administration degree in International Business, with an emphasis in Marketing and Spanish. While at UGA, he was a brother of Phi Gamma Delta Social Fraternity, Chairman of the Arch Society, and three year Morale Leader for the Children’s Miracle Network Dance Marathon. He is a member of the Blue Key National Honor Society, Mortar Board, Order of Omega, Sigma Delta Pi, and Delta Epsilon Lota National Honors Society.
