Alan Aycock has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate as a financial officer, developer, acquisitions specialist, and as a broker – both leasing and sales. He has developed for retail clients such as Eckerd Drugs, Pier One, Thomasville, Sonic, Suburban Lodge, as well as smaller tenants. In addition, he has developed a major apartment project, and redeveloped single tenant commercial buildings. As a broker, he has leased shopping centers for national real estate trusts as well as brokering sites for Wal-Mart and other shopping centers. Dr. Aycock is an expert in eminent domain matters and in partnership-family disputes, having testified as an expert over 50 times.
