Al Taft has been in the commercial real estate business for more than 25 years. His experience and expertise can bring value to projects in many ways. Al treats all clients and customers fairly, honestly and with the level of professionalism and courtesy they deserve.
Al's background includes seven years of corporate real estate during which time he concentrated on retail properties in several Midwestern markets. He leased shopping centers and sold peripheral properties during that time. For the past 10 years Al has been self-employed as a broker. He still work retail properties, but has also expanded into office and industrial property. Al also plays the role of developer on some projects.
Al Taft's services include sales and leasing and development of retail, office and industrial property. He also does site selection or buyer / tenant representation for the same types of properties. His trade area is primarily a 100 mile radius of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, but he occasionally takes specific assignments outside that ring.
Selling businesses is a part of Al's commercial real estate service. He does not solicit business opportunity listings unless there is real estate involved.
