Al Baydoun is an experienced market expert having
introduced hundreds of investors from around the world to the Detroit market. Al entered the Detroit real estate market at the outset of the global financial crisis. Since then, he has built a team of international agents with the aim of bringing investment dollars into the city. Since 2008, Ali has helped to generate over $150 million of investment into Detroit's neighborhoods. The key to Ali's success has been his marketing and promotional skills, developed during his time at Wayne State University, in the heart of the City. He has written several articles about the City's economy and real estate market, which were distributed to thousands of real estate investors in the US and abroad. He has also completed business plans and presentations which were presented to governmental agencies and private sector investment firms. With a detailed and knowledgeable sales approach, Al forged strategic relationships with sales agents worldwide. This helped him create a very diverse investor base, representing over 20 countries. Al also leads investor tours which are held several times per month. These tours include a tour of targeted neighborhoods, a visit to a refurbishment in progress, and a personalized investment analysis.
