A.J. Lash holds two degrees from the University of Central Florida including a BSBA in Marketing and an MA in Applied Sociology. His graduate thesis research focused on how American consumers perceive value based on subjective perceptions. During his career in real estate, A.J. has a had wide array of experience spanning both residential and commercial. His residential specialties include new home/custom home sales, land acquisition, and luxury residential markets. In addition, his commercial specialties include multifamily, mixed use commercial land, and retail leasing. A.J. prides himself on ability to create unique and strategic solutions for his clients in our high energy market. When it comes to custom home projects, A.J. is able to inspire his clients by communicating the latest trends, understanding value additions, and providing clients with the foundations of creativity needed to begin a project.
