Bio
Originally from Cuba, but raised in Venezuela from a very early age, Aída has been in the corporate world since she was a young woman. Always reaching high positions in the multinational companies where she worked; she was frequently needed to travel and work with multicultural teams.
This fact developed in her soul a taste for living overseas that ended in her moving to Miami more than two decades ago.
As soon as she started to discover the wonders of her amazing new home city, she understood that she would love to be an entrepreneur in the Florida real estate market, where with hard work, she made a name for herself, creating a sense of experience, knowledge, and trust among her clients, that led her to become a Real Estate Broker.
Since then, she has managed her company as a successful boutique firm, as well as an excellent franchise, assuring for herself and her company a wide range of awards and recognitions. That's just proof of her love for what she does.
Among her many positions serving in the real estate industry over the years, we can outline that she has been a Florida REALTORS®’ Director since 2018, and a National Association of REALTORS®’ Leading Edge Advisory Board member since 2022. She also holds the position of 2024 Florida Residential Real Estate Council President and has served the council in many capacities, which include President-Elect, Financial Leader, RVP D4, and South East Network Director. She is a National Association of REALTORS®’ Party Gold R President Circle Major Investor and has been part of the Florida REALTORS® Honor Society since 2020. Additionally, she has served the Miami Association of REALTORS® in many capacities as well, such as Governor of the Residential Board of Governors, and a member of the Residential Grievance Committee and the Commercial Grievance Committee since 2018. She also served as the Treasurer for the Women's Council of REALTORS® Miami-Dade for 2020 and also served as their Budget, Audit, and Finance Chair since 2017.
She is an Economist and also has a degree in International Business. Additionally, she holds a master's degree in Pure Finance and another in Managerial Economics. She possesses an incredible ability to motivate people and make them develop a real desire to grow.
She believes that through trust, honesty, and professionalism, her mission is to help others accomplish their goals using providing them with the vital information, tools, and services so needed in the current Florida changing markets.
