Bio
A Southern California native, Adriana fell in love with real estate during her very first job at a real estate office years ago. She grew in her knowledge of the field and obtained her license while studying at The University of California for Business Administration. Having the opportunity to also study abroad, Adriana is cultured and well-traveled.
During a visit to Sonoma County, Adriana quickly became inspired by the area’s stunning natural beauty and rich sense of community. She knew it was the place she wanted to raise her young family and moved shortly thereafter. As a realtor, she dived into property management work and construction.
In 2014, Adriana meets Adam Menconi and joined Prosper Real Estate. She heads their Property Management department in addition to serving in her role as a full-service agent. She currently manages 100+ units at Prosper, navigating the ins and outs of purchasing, managing, and creating wealth through a Real Estate portfolio.
Adriana is extremely organized and exudes the confidence needed when negotiating contracts and managing construction projects. She has a sharp eye, catching the smallest of details, and she has an extraordinary ability to envision the possibilities when evaluating a property whether for it is for a quick renovation, or dream home development.
Her clients appreciate her down-to-earth nature and deep knowledge of the local market and rely on her to guide them through the home buying and selling process with honesty, intelligence, and integrity. As a bilingual agent at Prosper, Adriana enjoys taking the mystery out of the home buying process for both her English and Spanish speaking clients.
When she gets the time, Adriana and her family enjoy hiking, barbequing, summer nights at the park, scenic drives down the coast, visiting local wineries and breweries, discovering new foodie spots and traveling to Mexico.
