Adrian is a Partner in the firm and responsible for the Retail and Leisure Departments which are branded under "Roche Retail". The retail Department has won the EGI most active retail and leisure agent for East Anglia for the past 6 years. Adrian is an expert in shopping centre, high street and out of town retail leasing, professional work, investment agency and active asset enhancement/ management.
Prior to joining Roche in 2004 Adrian worked for 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield (Healey & Baker) where he was the Partner responsible for the South of England Retail & Leisure team, as well as the Netherlands, where he was based for 7 years as Head of Retail.
