Mr. Wickley is the Chief Executive Officer of Sullivan Wickley and is responsible for its overall strategic direction. His creative vision and strong leadership skills have transformed the company into one of the leading real estate firms in the Atlanta real estate community. Adam has over 27 years of experience finding, analyzing, zoning, acquiring, developing and constructing commercial real estate properties. Before co-founding the company, Adam served as Vice President of Real Estate for Roberts Properties, Inc., a private real estate development and holding company in Atlanta. In that role, he spearheaded acquisitions for Roberts’ multi-family affiliate (a publicly traded REIT) as well as oversaw the asset management, repositioning, and disposition of the company’s retail portfolio. Adam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in real estate and finance, from Georgia Southern University.
