Adam Whitmire is a third-generation investor & developer with over 20 years of real estate experience in operating single-family and multifamily properties, land development, and new construction projects, with a strong focus on investment portfolio management and real estate market development. From acquisitions to fund administration, Mr. Whitmire is highly valued for his market analysis, investment advisory, and negotiation skills.
During his tenure with The Whitmire Group, Mr. Whitmire has represented eight of the largest institutional investment funds in the U.S. in acquiring over $56MM in single-family residential assets.
Mr. Whitmire received his degree in Visual Communications and Digital Design. He has completed his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), Certified Foreign Investor Specialist (CFIS) and Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR). Mr. Whitmire has held securities licenses in Series 6, 63, 26, 65. He also holds a Real Estate and Insurance license and is a former advisor representative for Transamerica Financial Advisors LLC.
