Adam has an outstanding portfolio of clients and provides them with exceptional knowledge on all ends of the spectrum when it comes to commercial real estate. Adam has worked on a variety of assignments and represents high profile clients such as Manulife Real Estate, Lash Group of Companies, Vermilion Developments, Medallion Corporation, Podium Developments, Atria Developments, Downing Street Property Management, Briarlane Rental Property management and many more.
Back in 2019 working for Cushman and Wakefield, Adam and Co-partner Ali Asgary lead the Cushman and Wakefield east suburban team and closed over $33 million in consideration from both sales and leasing. Adam currently manages the Leasing portfolio for the team, he is also active in pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Membership pin. The CCIM designation is rewarded after completing the educational platform that consists of extensive coursework in market and financial analysis. For 2020, Adam is currently positioned on the CCIM committee as head of Promotions.
