Adam joined Brixton Commercial Real Estate Corporation in the summer of 2010.
Adam brings to the Brixton team over 20 years of retail leasing experience as the former Senior Vice President of ICI Shopping Centres a well known Toronto based Shopping Centre Developer and Landlord.
Throughout Adams tenure at ICI Adam acted as the sole leasing agent for the company. He was involved in all facets of the industry, including; zoning, development, marketing, and leasing for the companies’ Canadian Shopping Centre portfolio. At ICI’s peak Adam was responsible for leasing over one million square feet of retail space.
With Adams hands on experience and over 300 completed deals in the last 15 years alone, Adam infuses to the Brixton team a vast amount of leasing experience and knowledge in addition to the several hundreds of contacts he has maintained in the Brokerage/Consultant and Retail Tenant community.

Adam is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, Ontario Real Estate Association, and Canadian Real Estate Association. Adam has also served as an expert witness on 3 occasions’ in the Ontario Provincial Court in regards to leasing matters.
