dam is involved on a day-to-day basis with a wide variety of property transactions in and around the South East. He works closely with his colleagues in the Agency Team on a number of higher profile instructions and has been involved in various projects that shape the environment in which we live and work.
He joined Crickmay in 1991, having previously gained experience throughout Sussex and he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000.
Adam has been involved in the acquisition of both occupational property and investments and provides strategic advice for a range of both UK and overseas clients. In addition to the traditional commercial work, Adam has also been involved in the sale and acquisition of residential development sites and longer term strategic planning opportunities.
Personal Interests
Adam lives in Brighton with his wife Gail (Welsh) and has a passion for the sea. His primary pastime is sailing and he regularly participates in regattas in Brighton and the Solent. In 2013 he participated in his first Trans-Atlantic crossing, taking just 12 days to get to St Lucia from Las Palmas in the Canary Islands. He is a keen rugby follower (particularly when England are playing Wales) and he plays squash and skis.
