Adam specializes in industrial landlord and tenant representation in the Greater Meadowlands and Hudson Waterfront regions. He works with manufacturers and distributors on site selection criteria so they can supply millions of end users throughout the tri-state area and access critical labor pools and supply routes. His data-driven approach to the market enables his clients to have up-to-date information on space market trends. Before joining the commercial real estate industry, he worked in his family-owned industrial supply business, where he learned firsthand the operational needs of industrial property users and what makes the right property critical to their operations.
Adam began his commercial brokerage career in the Brooklyn, New York industrial real estate submarket, working with owner-occupiers to expand their footprint, dispose of assets beyond their useful lifecycle, and benefit from New York City’s valuable development rights. Upon joining Blau & Berg, he ran a site selection process on behalf of a publicly traded client to find them a strategic location in Northern New Jersey with critical tax benefits for the business. His ability to run effective marketing processes and responsive site selection surveys has earned his clients’ trust in his knowledge of the Northern New Jersey space market. Adam is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
