With over 18 years of real estate investment experience, having spent the last 13 years in the Single Family Rental Sector, Adam is a leading expert on the Single Family Rental and Build-for-Rent market. Adam is also an authority on the acquisition and disposition of SFR portfolios nationwide.
He has helped facilitate SFR transactions totaling hundreds of millions in volume and was one of the earliest to recognize that portfolios of Single Family Rentals was a product type and that it deserved a purpose built, specialized brokerage service.
Previous to founding the Strata SFR company, Adam co-founded OwnAmerica, a technology platform and marketplace for single-family rental property portfolios that was acquired in late 2018.
Personally, Adam is a husband and father of 4 sons: Lucas, Tyler, Jaxon and James. He coaches sports for his sons in his spare time and lives in Mooresville, NC just north of Charlotte on Lake Norman where he is also an active real estate investor.
