Adam holds a bachelor's degree in Horticulture and a Master's in Business Administration from Florida Southern College. He serves on the board of directors for Campfire USA, which provides various programs to the youth of Lakeland and beyond, and also serves as the Events and Education Director for the Young Professionals Network associated with the Lakeland Association of Realtors.
