Bio
Adam Padgett is originally from Aiken, SC and has spent his entire life living in South Carolina. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Adam began working with Lyons Industrial Properties as the Marketing Coordinator in February 2006 and upon his graduation in December 2008, he began a full-time brokerage career specializing in Industrial and Investment properties. Shortly thereafter, Adam moved to Spartanburg, SC from Columbia, SC and has made Spartanburg his home to raise a family with his wife, Geri-Caitlin. Adam has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for being one of the Top 10 Industrial Leasing brokers in the Upstate SC market 11 times in the past 12 years (2009, 2011, 2012, 2014 - 2021) as well as being ranked one of the top 5 industrial brokers in 2018 - 2021. He has leased or sold more than 15 million square feet of industrial space, managed over 450 individual real estate transactions for a combined value in excess of $500 million thus far in his career. Adam’s time expanding Lyons Industrial Properties from two to five brokers provided him with knowledge and experience that has shaped his career and he looks forward to bringing that same knowledge and experience into his career at Lee & Associates.
