Adam brings nearly 20 years of real estate experience to the firm’s tenant advocacy services. Prior to joining Washington Partners, Adam managed the real estate efforts for top Fortune 500 companies, including Key Bank, Verizon and Western Wireless.
Adam’s advisory services add significant value to the client relationship. He enables companies to operate more efficiently, productively and profitably by providing corporate expertise that is challenging for small- to mid-sized businesses to achieve in-house.
EXPERIENCE
Adam has overseen billion-dollar portfolios that included over 7 million square feet of premises and $120 million of rent roll and operating expenses. Adam has extensive experience with office and retail space, corporate campuses, call centers, data centers, warehouses and communication network facilities.
Adam’s diverse background includes corporate real estate management, architecture, engineering, title insurance and escrow. In addition to real estate transactions, Adam’s experience includes lease administration, facility management, project management and coordination of third-party services such as energy conservation, appraisal, title & escrow, and tenant improvements.
