Adam Kruvant officially joined Winick Realty Group in 2012 following the completion of the company’s Agent Training Program, where he focuses on both landlord and tenant representation both in New York City and Brooklyn. Prior to completing the company training program in the summer of 2012, he worked for Vanguard Realty Inc. whose focus was solely on the New Jersey market. While with Vanguard he was involved in a number of deals including Chipotle, Petvalu, and several gyms.
In addition, Mr. Kruvant spent many summers interning at his family’s business, assisting both with property management duties and gaining valuable experience and insight into the retail industry and an understanding of the needs of tenants to better assist them in site selection. He further utilized this real-world experience as an intern in the auditing department at McGladrey, where he specialized in the auditing of real estate firms. This experience helped give him a unique perspective on the financial commitment necessary from all sides to successfully complete leasing transactions that will allow tenants to thrive in the competitive New York City retail marketplace.
Mr. Kruvant graduated cum laude from Syracuse University with a degree in both Accounting and Finance. He is licensed to practice real estate in both New York and New Jersey.
