Bio
Adam Kerner is the Research Associate. He is responsible for the collection, compilation, and delivery of market data to support all aspects of CRE Consultants’ operations.
He works closely with the Brokers to provide the most up-to-date information on specific properties, industry sectors and trends, and market developments to ensure they have the latest data to supplement their experience when assisting clients. He also collaborates directly with the marketing department in delivering fact-based, data driven information for creation of presentations and marketing materials.
Adam has had a long and varied career that has intersected repeatedly with research and the commercial real estate industry, most recently as a Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Analyst with CreditVest, Inc. He is a graduate of Hiram College in Northeast Ohio, with a B.A. in Economics, and an Eagle Scout, bringing the commitment to hard work, teamwork, and honesty that he learned as a young man to everything he does.
When he is not mining data or researching commercial real estate transactions and trends, Adam is a devoted father and husband and involved in the Down Syndrome community.
