Adam Herman is an Associate Broker with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout the lower mainland. Adam started his real estate career in 2015 and joined Marcus & Millichap in 2020. With his previous commercial brokerage firm he received multiple awards including “Rookie of the Year”. Adam was also responsible for sales and marketing with Beulah Garden Homes, providing expertise on life lease models, a unique form of leasing for seniors. Adam graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Science degree and subsequently earned the distinguished Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2019 . As a result of his training and expertise he often utilizes financial modeling to aid in client decision-making.
