As the President & CEO of The Heller Organization founded 20 years ago in New York City, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge from all aspects of the market including residential, commercial, and development. He has developed the expertise to facilitate every type of sale or rental transaction, including cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses, retail, office space, and development sites. His keen understanding of construction, architecture, and real estate development, aids in the process of identifying and negotiating the best possible investments for a client’s particular needs.
With over $1 Billion in closed residential and commercial transactions, Adam is continually growing within all aspects of the industry. In recent years he has had a strong emphasis on new development and has been actively involved with the leasing of both the residential and retail components of several high-profile projects throughout New York City. Adam currently manages the leasing for twelve residential projects comprising approximately 1300 high-end rental and condominium units. Additionally, Adam is currently working on several new development projects throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, where his firm is actively involved throughout the pre-development phase through the marketing, sales, and leasing.
Adam is also a co-managing partner of RAS Realty Partners which owns and operates approximately two thousand multi-family residential units throughout the southeast. RAS Realty Partners is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, and brings many decades of collective experience in commercial and residential real estate to every opportunity, specializing in the acquisition, development, and operation of multi-family properties across the United States.
Prior to establishing The Heller Organization, Adam worked for Newmark Knight Frank in Downtown Manhattan. He currently serves as an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and holds a master’s degree from Columbia University's Real Estate Development Program and an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Syracuse University.
