As the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the DC leasing team, Adam assumes a leadership role in co-managing the Washington, D.C. leasing team alongside Merrill Turnbull. Specializing in marketing, leasing, and sales of commercial real estate, the team, under Adam's guidance, offers clients expert analysis of lease terms and market information.
Having joined Lincoln Property Company in 2006, Adam boasts a track record of successfully completing over 3 million square feet of lease or sale transactions, with a cumulative gross value exceeding $1.6 billion. His representation extends to multiple third-party landlords, and he collaborates closely with numerous private sector tenants to address their real estate requirements. Adam holds a salesperson license in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland.
A graduate of Seton Hall University, Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He furthered his education at Shepherd University, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Adam and his family, including his wife and four children, call Fairfax, Virginia, their home.
