Adam Baxter joined STREAM Capital Partners as Vice President in January 2018. Previously, Adam worked with a national CRE firm in its Advisory and Transaction Services Group developing a strategic platform for national retail clients. Throughout his career, Adam has focused on tenant representation for multi-unit retailers and restaurant groups. Adam has worked with many national retailers including AT&T, BBVA Compass Bank, Regions Bank, Marco’s Pizza, Captain D’s, and Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.
Adam graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Business Management and is an active member of ICSC. Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
