PRIMARY ROLE
Adam is responsible for Formation’s overall investment strategies, acquisitions, dispositions, and value creation within the portfolio. Adam is focused on procuring new investment opportunities as well as sourcing transaction and capital partners.
PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Adam previously served as SVP of Portfolio Management with Kite Realty Group Trust (KRG), a publicly traded retail REIT. Adam has led or been involved with over $10 billion of acquisition, disposition, and capital markets activities over the course of his career. Most recently, Adam was responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of the Northeast, Southeast, Mid-Central, and West Regions for the company, comprising a portfolio of 6.6 million square feet of Class A necessity and lifestyle focused retail space. Additionally, Adam led the company’s Investor Relations platform prior to and during its merger with Inland Diversified. Prior to joining KRG, Adam specialized in institutional investment sales of industrial and office properties at CBRE Group, Inc, a publicly traded global real estate company. While at CBRE, in Charlotte, NC, Adam was involved in working primarily with pension advisors, REITs, and private equity groups in the acquisition and disposition of single asset and portfolio transactions. Adam began his career in Charlotte, NC in 2005 with Ernst & Young, L.P., a global professional services and accounting firm, where he worked in the Business Risk Services group, with a focus on evaluating internal risk for Fortune 1000 clients across the country.
