Adam Alexander specializes in the ever-growing self storage industry throughout the United States, with an emphasis on the Midwest region. As a self- storage specialist, Adam provides expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, fair market value assessments, and financings of self storage facilities for individuals and syndicators, as well as corporations, financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, pension funds, endowments and domestic and international investors.
Prior to joining CBRE, Adam worked for Hanwa Co., LTD., a Japan-based global trading company. While at Hanwa, Adam was a broker for the Nonferrous Metal Division, where he primarily focused on sourcing new suppliers/distribution channels between North America and Southeast Asia.
