Abby Koon, Property Manager, has been leasing and managing homes for over 10 years. She has been received specialized property management training in fair housing, contract law, agency, legal issues, disclosure, and commissioners rules. Mrs. Koon works with tenant lease negotiations to maintain over a 95% level of occupancy. She also coordinates over 30 vendors, leasing agents and staff members to maintain a smooth operation of our property management business. Over the years, Mrs. Koon has helped hundreds of property owners become successful with their rental investments by providing property management advice, communication, listing homes, and arranging maintenance. Mrs. Koon is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, and the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors
