Abbie helps buyers and sellers get where they want to go on time, with the least amount of complication, confusion and stress. To do this, she listens carefully to their needs and wants, then manages every detail effectively and efficiently.
As an agent with BloomTree Realty, she invites Realtors to join her team, coaching them in their own team-building efforts to maximize this innovative business model in which agents earn sales bonuses on the production of the whole brokerage. This creates an additional income stream, balancing out the highs and lows of real estate, and creates a collaborative culture not found in other brokerages.
In her diverse career, Abbie has been an archaeologist, news reporter, art dealer and marketing consultant. These experiences, combined with boundless energy and passion for her work, have given her a keen sense of how to find, promote and sell real estate. As a Realtor she marshals these skills to help buyers acquire properties that meet their unique needs and sellers to position their property in a complex market and close the deal to their benefit.
She moved to Prescott in 1997 and worked as director of business development for the region’s top architectural and planning firm, participating in projects from custom homes to large-scale commercial developments. As a marketing consultant to the Prescott Unified School District, she helped increase enrollment and shape new programs for a growing community.
In the rare moments she’s not working, she’s practicing hot yoga, spinning, traveling with family and hiking in the Prescott National Forest with her close friends and Goldendoodle Nelli.
