As Vice President of Leasing at Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Aaron has facilitated a variety of Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation projects through preparation and implementation of meticulous market strategies customized for each client. Aaron’s background in commercial real estate development provides him with the skill set to assemble creative cost saving solutions, strategic deal structures, and sustain precise project coordination throughout the entire negotiation process.
Prior to joining Quantum, Aaron spent seven years in commercial real estate managing a real estate portfolio of over 750,000 SF throughout Chicagoland. During his career, Aaron has navigated all levels of tenant procurement and landlord representation including marketing, entitlement/zoning, leasing, tenant build-outs, and property management. He has been directly involved in over $100 million of leasing transactions for a variety of local and national tenants and landlords.
Aaron’s extensive experience in many facets of commercial real estate and development provides him with a unique and valuable perspective when representing both properties for lease and tenants seeking locations.
Aaron currently resides in the west loop with his Fiancé. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants throughout Chicagoland.
