Aaron Stenberg joined the Duemelands Commercial real estate and investment team in the early 2000s. He was previously in an engineering position utilizing his Chemical Engineering degree from the University of North Dakota, but has earned a real estate license and made the transition into real estate. He recently gained his broker's license and is an Associate Broker in the firm. Aaron recently received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and continually utilizes his knowledge earned throughout the CCIM curriculum. Aaron is also involved with Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is currently a candidate seeking his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
Aaron has the energy and devotion required to meet and exceed the expectations of both clients and customers. His first individual real estate transaction was well over $1 million dollars, a plateau which takes most real estate agents years to achieve.
Aaron works individually and closely with the firm's other partners to help meet client goals. He takes time to listen to exactly what the client ultimately desires, and then works diligently to produce the ideal outcome. Aaron strives to give each client the time they need to ensure a smooth transaction whether it be buying, selling, or leasing. Aaron treats every individual with the upmost respect and equality.
Aaron's primary focus is development and property management. His engineering background gives him the analytical fortitude needed to make sound decisions and pay attention to all details to ensure every step in a transaction and/or decision is done properly. This includes in-depth examination on subjects ranging from rates of return, demographic detail analysis, bid assessment, and leasing processes.
Aaron has the meticulous planning skills required to successfully manage any property and continues to do so on a broad range of properties from retail to industrial. His response is prompt and his personal relationships with local contractors ensure property maintenance items will be taken care of in a professional and expeditious manner.
Outside the work environment, Aaron is an active leader in the Younglife Christian organization and is a volunteer and contributor to Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Aaron, his wife Jill, and daughter reside in Mandan, ND.
