Aaron Marchand specializes in Urban Core Property Sales, Leasing, and Development.
Aaron brings a unique mix of experience gained over the last 15 years working in both the commercial and residential real estate markets in the greater Sacramento area.
Aaron was a founding member at Turton Commercial Real Estate where he specialized in the sales and leasing of urban properties throughout. Prior to Turton, Aaron worked at Colliers International in the Lease Administration Department. Aarons experience at Colliers involved Lease Abstractions, Database Management, and client research. Prior to Colliers, Aaron spent 4 years originating and processing mortgage and sales transactions. During his time in the residential market, Aaron was responsible for the management of over 700+ clients and establishing key strategic relationships.
A graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a BS in Real Estate and Land Use, Aaron was the President of the Rho Epsilon Real Estate fraternity and is actively involved with the Sacramento Urban Land Institute, The Downtown Sacramento Partnership, the Association of Commercial Real Estate, and is a member of Lambda Alpha International.
Aaron is an outdoor enthusiast who loves camping, hiking, Ironman triathlons, and is a competitive cyclist.
