A. PATRICK MCNULTY
Pat started as a leasing specialist for Helmsley-Greenfield, Inc.''s Philadelphia office in 1988, and subsequently became Assistant Vice President of sales and leasing when the Company became the Albert M. Greenfield Company.
Since joining The Flynn Company in 1992, Pat has consistently been regarded as one of the top brokers in the Philadelphia area.
Pat has represented owners and tenants such as Boeing, Kimberly-Clark, Crozer Keystone Health System, and Harrah’s Entertainment in successfully negotiating over eight million square feet of leasing and sales transactions throughout the Delaware Valley. In 1996 through 1998 Pat was responsible for the redevelopment and successful leasing of the 650,000 square foot former Scott Paper headquarters complex adjacent to the Philadelphia International Airport. In addition to tenant services, his expertise includes landlord lease services, tenant consulting, and office building sales. Pat personally completed over $50,000,000 in sales and lease transactions in 2006.
Pat holds a Broker’s License in the State of Pennsylvania and a Real Estate Sales License in the State of Delaware and currently resides with his wife and three children in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
