Why Choose LaundroLab?
Simple Labor Model: Traditional laundromats are unattended and unsafe. That's not the case with LaundroLab. All of our stores are staffed during all hours. However, it's only 1-2 people on site at a time, making this model a lot simpler than most other businesses.
Essential Business: During the pandemic, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security recognized laundromats and all laundry services as an essential business and critical infrastructure. Laundromats thrive in both periods of economic growth and recession.
Tax Advantages: Laundromat investments have benefited from tax advantages including bonus depreciation and depending if you own real estate or not, our sites can overlap with Opportunity Zones in certain markets.
Limited Product Inventory: Running a laundromat business does not require a ton of headache managing different products and inventory to drive revenue. Inventory management is easy and straightforward with your LaundroLab store, allowing you and your staff to focus on the things that matter more!

On-Site: We’ll send support prior to the franchisee's grand opening to help with any last-minute needs before and on the big day. Ongoing: Franchisees will have a dedicated Business Coach to help with ongoing mentoring, support, and questions they may have along the way.History
In 2016, best friends and laundry enthusiasts Dan D’Aquisto and Alex Smereczniak launched 2ULaundry, a pickup and delivery business that initially outsourced laundry processing to independent laundromat owners. However, they soon realized that inconsistencies in service quality, payment methods, and laundry handling among different laundromats hindered scalable growth. This insight led them to advocate for vertical integration, combining the convenience of their delivery service with the consistency of owning their operational facilities.
Their first step towards integration was opening their first corporate location, The Laundry Room, in 2018. Initially, this move wasn't aimed at franchising; rather, it was a strategic endeavor to refine their business model and explore the potential within the laundromat industry. The success and insights gained from The Laundry Room paved the way for the LaundroLab concept, which was officially established in 2020. Focused on redefining the traditional laundromat experience, LaundroLab expanded into a franchise model. Since launch, LaundroLab has awarded over 100 licenses to nearly 30 franchisees while opening 11 franchising locations with plans for 15-20 more franchise locations in 2024. LaundroLab continues to reshape the laundromat industry by combining high-quality customer service with technological innovation and has been recognized as a Top New & Emerging brand by the Entrepreneur.
