Training and Support
- New Owner training is divided into phases. The preliminary phase is approximately 7 hours of training via live webinars, pre-recorded videos, and structured video and audio conferences with the onboarding coach and members of the training team.
- The classroom phase, approximately 28.5 hours of classroom instruction may be completed on-site in Cincinnati or virtually.
- The onsite phase is a 2-3 day training completed on-site at a certified training center and must be completed within two months after opening.
- Ongoing training is provided in all areas of the business in regional training and annual conferences
