Training and Support
For training, you will come to Fairfax, Virginia where we teach you how to buy earned but unpaid real estate sales commissions (accounts receivable) at a discount (our fee). We provide initial training and ongoing training through our National office and our on-line support, webinars and annual conferences. Our proven underwriting system is designed to enable you to buy accounts receivable with minimal risk. Our National office is available to provide guidance and assist with underwriting. We teach you how to purchase commissions (account receivables) from real estate professionals where both parties benefit.
History
Commission Express® was founded in the Washington, DC metropolitan area in 1992 by two highly experienced real estate brokers who, after managing offices and owning their own companies, recognized that agents and brokers needed a reliable solution to their cash flow problems.
As Independent Contractors operating as small independent businesses, the agents and brokers had marketable accounts receivable from earned but unsettled sales commissions. The founders conceived an idea to purchase the accounts receivable at a discount, a process known as factoring.
