Training and Support
Once we have a new franchise owner join us, we our pre-opening team works to help you find the right location, order trucks, recruit your team, put the marketing in place and everything you need to ensure that you have a successful launch. Franchise owners will spend 3 days at an approved College Hunks location and a week training with our corporate office. We fly a coach out to your location to ensure that your grand opening is successful. You will have a coach assigned to your location for the life of the franchise to help push you to profitability as quickly as possible and to help you maintain significant growth, year over year.
History
College Hunks Hauling Junk started in 2003 with Nick and Omar, who were in College at the time. We began franchising in 2008 and have over 200 franchise owners through the US and Canada. Since our first appearance on Shark Tank, the media fell in love with the two young guys who the catchy business name and since then the brand has been featured on Undercover Boss, Blue Collar Millionaires, the Wall Street Journal, CNN, FOX News, MSNBC and more. 2019 was a record year and despite the unforseen pandemic of 2020, we grew 17% that year and last year by over 24%. We add 1-2 new franchise owners almost every week. We promise a stress-free experience for our customers as well as candidates interested in learning about our franchise. If approved for ownership, we provide full training and coaching to help you maximize the opportunity. Our goal is to help our owners grow significantly year over year.
