Training and Support

The initial training will take place in Chicago for 8 weeks. Our team of trainers and subject matter experts will equip you with the knowledge to operate a Buona Restaurant through e-learning modules, classroom presentations, and hands-on training. Closer to your restaurant opening, we will send a team of trainers to assist you in training your newly hired team members. Our team will remain at your opening for a minimum of 4 weeks or until you are comfortable. After the opening craze, you will have regular visits from one of our Business Coaches, which will help you identify opportunities for improvement to maximize your restaurant's performance.

In 1981, the Buonavolanto family started an Italian Roast Beef stand in Berwyn, Illinois. With a family recipe and hard work, the company has expanded to 26 company-owned locations. Today, the company is led by three generations of Buonavolantos and dozens of long-tenured team members. After developing a proven business model, the company is excited about offering Buona franchise opportunities to qualified individuals.


It is our goal to share our family's recipes with more communities, and help entrepreneurs achieve their financial goals.
