In-person event at the BCR headquarters in Hendersonville, TN. Day One - Focused on a meet & greet, tour, and experience of the technology, call center, and brand. Everyone gets to know each other over dinner in a fun, experiential environment. Day Two - BCR takes candidates through each step, outlining the support and resources available to them and addressing questions. Day two wraps up with 1:1 meetings with founder, Wayne Holloway, and each department head. Initial Training 100 Hours of training split between home office & franchisee's location covering orientation, hiring strategies, training for all employee roles & positions, in-field shadowing, & all back-end processes & KPI tracking.
