Fun little lifestyle business with tons of potential! Our wine preservation products (two different brands) are currently sold via two Shopify stores, one Amazon Seller Central account, eBay, and directly to wine distributor and wholesale accounts. Each brand offers 3 primary products - a small "Consumer Size" canister of wine preserver, a larger "Restaurant Size" canister, and wine bottle take home bags for restaurants.

Amazon sales are up over 70% year over year and represent to clearest path to DTC growth. The two Shopify stores are on modern and continuously updated templates, with good imagery and robust content with significant length original blog articles.

Product margins are very strong at all three levels - retail, wholesale, and distribution - allowing space to fund growth after an initial "priming of the pump."

Products are manufactured through a combination of aluminum can manufacturers and third party filling operations. Significant raw materials (cans and components) are on hand, with POs issued for completion to finished goods done on a "just in time" basis to reduce working capital needs.

A strong software ecosystem is used, with direct connections between the two websites, Amazon, eBay, order management, shipping, and financial systems.

This is a nice business with a high margin, repeat purchase product line. It needs infusion of sale energy, sales program funding, DTC digital marketing acumen, and renewed owner time and energy.
